The Chair of Real Estate Management examines the various management fields in the real estate sector from an academic point of view as well as from a practical one.
The 'House of Real Estate Economics' builds the basis of the teaching and research concept. Besides institutional and typological aspects, it also covers all functions and stages of the life-cycle of real estates. A high application-orientated part complements the teaching and research program. This way, the problem solving abilities of the students are sustainably supported.
