Module Catalogue
The Module Catalogue (German) states which courses belong to which modules as well as the weight (in terms of credit points) of the courses when calculating the final grades.
Prerequisites for Admission
Admission to the Master's degree programmes usually requires a corresponding University degree, e.g., a Bachelor's degree in the respective subject area as well as knowledge in this subject area amounting to 24 ECTS credits. If you haven't finished your Bachelor's degree at the time of your application, you have to present proof that you have already taken courses amounting to a total of 150 ECTS credits. Application
Your application must include
- the certificate of your University degree
- a detailed resume including all referenced work certificates
- a letter of motivation (if you are applying for a Master of Real Estate or the Honors Programm)
- Proof of sufficient german language skills (DSH 2 or higher)
Master Application Portal
Applications for our Master's degree programs are accepted via an online form. All specific details for the application have to be entered in the form and submitted to the Faculty. We encourage you to use the online form for your application, as it greatly speeds up the evaluation process. If you have no possibility to use the form, you can also send your application documents to the Faculty by mail:

Application Deadlines
Master's degree programs starting in winter semester / summer semester
Application portal online from: May, 1st / Nov, 1st (of the previous year)
Application deadline: Jun, 1st / Dec, 1st (of the previous year)
First admission date: Jun, 10th / Dec, 10th (of the previous year)
Aptitude test: Jun, 16th-30th / Dec, 16th-30th (of the previous year)
Second admission date: Jul, 10th / Jan, 10th
Application deadlines are June 1st and December 1st at 11.59 pm respectively. We will consider only applications whose PDF summary has been received by the Faculty by that time. You may send the PDF summary of your application by Fax to the Faculty in order to meet the deadline.
German students: Please do not send your application documents by mail. International applicants: In addition to the online application, you have to submit your application documents in writing by mail to the Faculty!
